Training & Development
Customers will present with multiple clinical issues; industry-leading training will be provided by experienced clinical tutors. The training course will equip you with the skills to support customers and transfer your current medical skills to the role's requirements.
Full training lasts approximately 6 months, during which you will be paid. This role will help maintain your registration with the RGN or HCPC, with support for revalidation.
After training, ongoing CPD is provided, with over 100 hours protected annually, along with support for revalidation and career development within the organization. You will have a clinical supervisor and the opportunity to study for the Diploma in Disability Assessment Medicine, accredited by the FOM.
Your Requirements
You should be a nurse, OT, or physiotherapist with at least 1 year of in-patient clinical experience, handling a wide range of conditions. Computer literacy is advantageous, with typing skills at 35 words per minute. The role demands clinicians who are highly literate, detail-oriented, and possess adaptable communication skills.
