About the Role

Training & Development
Customers will present with various clinical issues; you will receive industry-leading training from expert clinical tutors. This training will equip you with the skills to support customers and transfer your existing medical knowledge to this role.
Full training lasts approximately 6 months, during which you will be paid. Your registration with RGN or HCPC will be maintained, with support provided for revalidation.
Post-training, you will have ongoing CPD, with over 100 hours protected annually, support for revalidation, and career development opportunities within the organization. You will be assigned a clinical supervisor and can pursue the Diploma in Disability Assessment Medicine accredited by the FOM.
Your Requirements
You should be a nurse, OT, Paramedic, or Physiotherapist with experience primarily in inpatient roles dealing with diverse clinical conditions. A minimum of 1 year of experience is required. IT skills are advantageous, including typing at 40 words per minute. The ideal candidate will be highly literate, detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of managing complex clinical information.
