Registered Nurse RMN/RNLD/RGN, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Paramedic

Salary: £41,500 per year + bonus scheme

Location: Hybrid - Tunbridge Wells

Schedule: Monday - Friday, No Weekends

About the Role

Are you looking to take your nursing (RGN, RNLD, RMN), occupational therapy, paramedic, or physiotherapy career in a new direction? Do you seek a role where your attention to detail, compassion, and empathy are valued, alongside work-life balance, education, and development opportunities into the medico-legal field? Or are you interested in transitioning into an Occupational/Vocational pathway?

• You will assess up to four to six customers per day.
• Assessments will be conducted on paper, via telephone, video, or face-to-face.
• You will take clinical observations, ask questions, and produce written reports.
• Your reports will be passed to the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP), who will decide on customer support.
• You will evaluate benefits such as Personal Independent Payments or Employment and Support Allowance managed by DWP.

Training & Development

Customers will present with various clinical issues; you will receive industry-leading training from expert clinical tutors. This training will equip you with the skills to support customers and transfer your existing medical knowledge to this role.

Full training lasts approximately 6 months, during which you will be paid. Your registration with RGN or HCPC will be maintained, with support provided for revalidation.

Post-training, you will have ongoing CPD, with over 100 hours protected annually, support for revalidation, and career development opportunities within the organization. You will be assigned a clinical supervisor and can pursue the Diploma in Disability Assessment Medicine accredited by the FOM.

Your Requirements

You should be a nurse, OT, Paramedic, or Physiotherapist with experience primarily in inpatient roles dealing with diverse clinical conditions. A minimum of 1 year of experience is required. IT skills are advantageous, including typing at 40 words per minute. The ideal candidate will be highly literate, detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of managing complex clinical information.
