The Role
  • Conduct holistic assessments (virtually and face-to-face) to understand how individuals’ health conditions impact their daily lives.
  • Produce up to 3 detailed clinical reports per day.
  • Work in a hybrid pattern with occasional travel to your local centre.
  • Benefit from a structured day, with built-in time for CPD, breaks, and admin.
What You Need
  • Qualified Nurse, Mental Health Nurse, OT, Physio, Paramedic or Doctor
  • Registered with NMC/HCPC/GMC
  • 1+ year experience
  • Strong communication and IT skills
