Position: Fun Shop Assistant

Type: Full Time / Part Time / Seasonal

Pay Rates: Up to £ per hour depending on age

Join our team at Haven as a Fun Shop Assistant, where you'll be the friendly face of our Fun Shop, helping guests find souvenirs and selling bingo tickets. This role involves retail duties and collaboration with our entertainments team to ensure compliance with gambling regulations, adding fun to our guests' experience.

We seek an enthusiastic individual who enjoys making people smile and working in a lively, guest-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service in our Fun Shop, assisting with purchases and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Sell bingo tickets in compliance with gambling regulations, collaborating with the entertainments team.
  • Maintain tidy, well-stocked merchandise displays.
  • Process transactions accurately, handling cash and card payments.
  • Follow health, safety, and legal standards.
Requirements
