Job Title: Fully Qualified Teacher (FQT)
Location: Luton
Rate: £120 - £175 per day (dependent on MPS and experience)
Start Date: September 2025
Hours: Term time only

Are you a qualified teacher with QTS in the UK, looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with special educational needs? Whether you're an experienced teacher or an enthusiastic ECT, this SEN school in Luton could be the perfect next step in your teaching journey.
We're working with a forward-thinking SEN school that supports pupils with a range of needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH and more. They're looking for a compassionate, driven FQT to join their dedicated team from September 2025.

What We're Looking For:
* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) - essential
* UK classroom teaching experience
* A strong desire to support children with additional needs - SEN experience is welcomed but not essential
* Open to ECTs with the right attitude and a willingness to learn
* Excellent behaviour management and adaptability in a dynamic setting
What You'll Be Doing:
* Planning and delivering high-quality, differentiated lessons to meet the needs of SEN learners
* Creating a safe, supportive, and engaging classroom environment
* Working closely with support staff, parents and external professionals to ensure pupil progress
* Using a range of strategies to support learning and development across a variety of needs
* Contributing to the wider school community and ethos
