Job Title: Fully Qualified Teacher (FQT)
Location: Luton
Rate: £120 - £175 per day (dependent on MPS and experience)
Start Date: September 2025
Hours: Term time only

We're working with a forward-thinking SEN school that supports pupils with a range of needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH and more. They're looking for a compassionate, driven FQT to join their dedicated team from September 2025.
What We're Looking For:
* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) - essential
* UK classroom teaching experience
* A strong desire to support children with additional needs - SEN experience is welcomed but not essential
* Open to ECTs with the right attitude and a willingness to learn
* Excellent behaviour management and adaptability in a dynamic setting
What You'll Be Doing:
* Planning and delivering high-quality, differentiated lessons to meet the needs of SEN learners
* Creating a safe, supportive, and engaging classroom environment
* Working closely with support staff, parents and external professionals to ensure pupil progress
* Using a range of strategies to support learning and development across a variety of needs
* Contributing to the wider school community and ethos
