Position Overview:

We are looking for a full-stack engineer passionate about solving interesting problems and enjoying the craft of programming. We value experience in backend or frontend development, with the ability to work across both, and to reason about complete end-to-end software architectures. We seek a T-shaped, well-rounded software engineer who doesn’t fit into a small, very well-defined box.

Our team tackles challenges together—expect pair programming and rich code reviews. We have a strong bias for action, moving fast, adjusting, reflecting, and seeking continuous improvement. Experience in a Lean environment and practicing TDD and good testing practices are highly valued. As a senior engineer, you’ll mentor junior team members and grow your career with support from mentors and coaches throughout the company.

Essential Experience:

• Experience in software engineering, regardless of language. Flexibility to learn new technologies is key.
• Collaborate closely with product designers, managers, and engineers to deliver excellent user experiences.
• System design, architecture, design patterns, object-oriented programming, cloud-native architectures.
• Strong product-centric mindset.
• Experience with Lean/Agile processes and involvement in all development lifecycle phases.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

Desired Skills:

• Solid web experience, especially with React and architectural frameworks.
• Experience with functional and object-oriented programming.
• Support for multiple devices/browsers.
• Knowledge of the latest Web features.
• Test automation experience.

Tech Stack:

We are technology agnostic and open to learning. Our tech stack includes:

• Backend: Python and Ruby
• Frontend: React and TypeScript
• Deployment: Kubernetes and Docker
