Hudson River Trading (HRT) is seeking Fullstack Developers to work on our platform or acceleration teams. You’ll build backend data ingests, analytics, and real-time UIs for traders and researchers, collaborating with algo teams and traders across the stack.

You’ll be evaluated on Python backend skills and React/TypeScript frontend work, with two technical interviews and onsite alignment discussions. A competitive compensation and benefits package await.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with Python and React.
• Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
• Ability to explain technical topics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Curiosity and drive to improve complex systems.
• Willingness to own projects end-to-end.

Aufgaben

• Work on in-house distributed-compute framework at large scale for multiple teams, especially algo teams.
• Build backend processes and UIs for traders to oversee trading, assess risk, and research improvements.
• Partner with senior technical and non-technical users from inception to delivery and ongoing support.
• Architect web-based tooling using React and Python to provide insights and real-time actions.
