About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with active DV clearance to join our dynamic team at Experis. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be involved throughout the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of secure, high-quality applications that support mission-critical operations. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in full stack development, with proven experience in delivering secure applications within regulated or sensitive environments. Essential qualifications include proficiency in modern front-end and back-end technologies, programming languages such as JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, C#, Python, or Node.js, and experience with frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js. Candidates should demonstrate familiarity with RESTful API development, microservices architecture, and cloud-native application deployment. A solid understanding of software engineering best practices, including testing, CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and Agile methodologies, is required. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain comprehensive full stack applications, ensuring seamless integration across front-end and back-end components.
• Create secure, scalable, and high-performance web applications and services tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, UX/UI designers, architects, and delivery teams to develop user-centered solutions.
• Develop and integrate APIs, microservices, and cloud-native applications to enhance system functionality and performance.
• Participate in solution architecture, technical design, and technology selection to ensure optimal performance and security standards.
• Implement and promote software engineering best practices, including conducting code reviews, automated testing, and managing version control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve application performance, security, and operational issues promptly.
• Create comprehensive technical documentation and effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, mentor junior team members, and share knowledge to foster a collaborative development environment.
