OZ Design is currently looking to fill a Warehouse Operator position within our Truganina facility.

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, your day will involve a range of general warehouse duties, including, but not limited to :

• Loading & unloading trucks
• Unloading containers
• Receiving goods
• Order picking
• Putaways

A Victorian LO licence would help, but is not essential, as training and licensing will be provided for the right candidate upon the completion of their probation period.

We are looking for people who not only ensure their work is completed to the highest standard but can do so while balancing different priorities and unexpected challenges. As this role can be physically challenging with heavy lifting and repetitive work, we need operators who are able to remain productive and energetic throughout their shift. A love for physical work is a must, as is someone who is self-motivated, well-organised, and has a high level of accuracy.

You will be responsible for :

• Receiving bulk loads of freight
• Unloading trucks, trailers & containers
• Stock selection & putaways using order pickers
• Use of RF scanning equipment – Scanners and iPads
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the facility
• Completing inspections / quality control of product
• General use of hand power tools

Selection Criteria :

• Must be able to work from Monday to Friday 08 : 30 – 17 : 00
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Confident and engaging communication skills
• Adaptability and flexibility
