Job summary

The Best Connection is hiring a Warehouse Operative in Folkestone for a full-time, hands-on role in a busy warehouse. You will be responsible for picking and packing orders, loading and unloading deliveries, and helping maintain stock control and a clean, safe environment.

Ideal candidates are reliable, punctual and detail-oriented, capable of working independently or as part of a team. Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not required, with consistent hours from 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Qualifications

• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive approach and willingness to get stuck in.
• Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Loading and unloading deliveries.
• Receiving, checking and storing stock in the correct locations.
• Carrying out stock checks and assisting with inventory control.
• Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and organised.
• Following health and safety procedures at all times.
• Supporting the wider warehouse team with general duties as required.
