Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking experienced Warehouse Operatives for our Bridgwater site to support EDF. The role is full-time and permanent, Monday to Friday, with 8.5-hour shifts starting between 06:00 and 18:00.

You will join a strong team at Bridgwater, receiving a competitive hourly rate, overtime pay, and comprehensive benefits. Training is provided for MHE operation and Warehouse Management Systems use, with a focus on safety and accuracy in all tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse environment is beneficial but not required.
• Strong focus on safety and accuracy in all tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate MHE to unload/load deliveries with full training.
• Maintain safety standards and participate in safety initiatives.
• Manage inventory and deliveries using scan guns and WMS.
• Meet KPIs in safety, quality, performance, and service.
