St Cedd's School is seeking to appoint an energetic and enthusiastic teaching assistant with the ability to coach sport; this is a full time, term time post, Monday-Friday 08:00-16:00.

Applications are invited from skilled and dedicated individuals with a desire to support the learning of the children at St Cedd's School.

The successful applicant will hold a minimum of an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification, or be willing to undertake this, and a relevant coaching qualification. They will have a desire to ensure that every child achieves their individual best inside and outside the classroom throughout their time at St Cedd's School. They will facilitate this through a calm and patient approach whilst also being pro-active and motivated, working as part of both our excellent classroom teaching team and as part of our PE and Games department across the School. This role would suit someone looking to gain experience working in a School with a view to a future career in either teaching or coaching.
