Aspire People are recruiting a dedicated Teaching Assistant for a welcoming school in the Harborough District LE17. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, with a temporary to permanent contract for the right candidate and ASAP start.

Experience with children in school settings is preferred, along with a proactive, patient and enthusiastic approach. Desirable qualifications include an enhanced DBS on Update Service and driving access.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in a school or educational setting.
• Patience, caring and enthusiastic approach to supporting learning.
• Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Enhanced DBS on Update Service is desirable.
• Driver with access to a vehicle is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers in delivering classroom activities and supporting learning.
• Support pupils with tasks and learning activities as required.
• Help maintain a safe, calm and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with staff to deliver education opportunities.
