Teaching Assistant - September Start
Location: Northampton
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Full-Time, Term-Time Only
Salary: £90-£100 per day

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join Aspire People and support at Primary Schools across Northamptonshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside experienced teaching staff and play a key role in supporting pupils' learning and development across the school.

Key Responsibilities:
-Provide support to teachers in delivering high-quality lessons.
-Assist individual pupils and small groups to ensure engagement and progress.
-Support pupils with additional needs, promoting inclusion and independence.
-Help to create a positive, stimulating classroom environment.


The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
-Previous experience working with children in an educational setting (preferred but not essential).
-A caring, patient, and proactive approach.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
-A positive attitude and willingness to be a team player.
