Milewood Healthcare Ltd is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team at Blenheim House. This full-time role involves a 9:00am–9:00pm shift pattern, including weekends, to deliver high-quality, person-centred support for residents in a warm home environment.

No prior experience is required as full training and ongoing support are provided. A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine desire to make a difference are essential for helping residents build confidence and independence.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with daily living tasks and activities.
• Monitor, record, and assist with medication administration.
• Help with cooking, cleaning and food preparation.
• Assist with shopping and household tasks.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
• Encourage participation in hobbies, activities and community outings.
• Support mobility and personal care where required.
