About THE ROLE

The Supervisor plays a key role in achieving high standards of customer service, sales, and profit. Responsibilities include:

• Ensure the efficient running of the shop floor.
• Support the management team in managing personnel, product, merchandising functions, business processes, and results for the store.
• Participate in weekly management meetings and other staff meetings.
• Clearly communicate to staff all marketing and sales promotions.
• Drive shop floor sales and motivate the team to exceed store targets.
• Foster a positive store experience by treating all customers and colleagues fairly.
• Support the team in delivering the business strategy and consistent training on product knowledge.
• Achieve company standards/goals for personal sales results.
• Perform manager-on-duty functions and manage store opening/closing functions.
• Focus staff on building quality relationships with customers.
• Ensure execution of visual merchandising directives.
• Work with the management team to build a talent pool for key positions.

• Previous track record in supervisory or specialist roles within a premium or luxury brand.
• People management experience with conflict resolution skills.
