Job summary

ALDI Brand in Huntsville is hiring a Store Associate to merchandise, stock, cashier, and keep the store clean. You’ll deliver exceptional customer service, operate POS systems, and help maintain store standards.

• Prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate store equipment including cash registers and floor scrubber.
• Follow Aldi policies and procedures accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and assist managers with concerns.
• Identify and report loss due to damaged or outdated products.
• Use POS to process purchases and resolve scanning issues.
• Adhere to cash policies and safety procedures.
• Open additional lanes when needed to keep checkout efficient.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays per planograms.
• Complete curbside orders accurately and on time.
• Support store management in achieving efficiency and loss goals.
