ALDI Brand is hiring a Full-Time Store Associate in Holmehead. You will merchandise, stock, cashier, and maintain store cleanliness to deliver a superior shopping experience. The role requires 30+ hours weekly and starts at $18.50 per hour with planned increases over five years.

You will work with the ALDI team to follow policies, ensure accuracy at checkout, and assist with curbside pickup and inventory controls. Must be able to work independently and with others.

Competenze

• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate all store equipment such as cash registers, floor scrubber, cardboard baler, pallet jacks, handheld devices, computers, etc.
• Ability to interpret and apply ALDI operating policies and procedures.
• Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

• Assist customers with purchases and curbside pickup orders per company standards.
• Maintain stocking and merchandising to planograms to maximize sales.
• Operate POS system to scan items and process transactions accurately.
• Follow cash handling policies and keep checkout lanes efficient.
