THE ROLE

The Stockroom Manager ensures the smooth operation of the stockroom and back-of-house functions.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Partnering with management to identify opportunities and meet standards and goals.
  2. Processing deliveries, transfers, and stock duties accurately.
  3. Organizing stock and improving stock management processes.
  4. Ensuring timely replenishment on the shop floor.
  5. Maintaining SKU accuracy and participating in stock takes.
  6. Analyzing reports and creating action plans for improvement.
  7. Participating in management meetings and communicating performance goals.
  8. Managing communication boards and facility-related matters.
  9. Serving as RFID champion and collaborating with central operations.
  10. Building relationships with key departments and personnel.
  11. Providing feedback on product and stock concerns, and producing reports.
  12. Conducting regular stock walks and supporting omni-channel initiatives.
YOU
  1. Have previous experience in hospitality or retail.
  2. Have stock handling experience.
  3. Are effective communicators and relationship builders.
  4. Adapt quickly and work efficiently under pace.
  5. Possess knowledge of stock control systems (preferably FIORI, Store Force, RFID).
  6. Have strong people management and conflict resolution skills.
