We are looking for a Full-Time skilled and experienced Barista to join our team at WatchHouse Somerset House.

The ideal candidate for this role will be genuine, confident, and skilled, ready to introduce our new customers to the Modern Coffee experience using best-in-class coffee equipment.

Key Aspects of the role:

• You’ll work as part of your House team, encouraging and creating a vibrant, exciting, and sociable place of work. You will work with coffee and food, reflecting the diverse offering of our business and supporting your House team when required.
• Demonstrate unparalleled hospitality by delivering a warm, positive, and welcoming atmosphere to regular customers.
• All our houses are unique; as a Barista, you’ll be based at one of the specific sites and work anytime from 6am to 6pm. Training will be provided. You’ll be an integral member of a highly skilled and high-performing team capable of handling the pressures of a busy city centre coffee house.
• Duties include opening and closing the site, keeping the house looking sharp, clean, tidy, and organized. Attention to detail is key.
• Serve the best quality coffee in London with high skill, attention to detail, and speed of service.
• Maintain brand standards at high volume by following and adapting recipes to ensure consistency of high-quality beverages. You will dial in and produce the best product possible.

We are looking for someone with:

• Previous coffee experience in a fast-paced specialty coffee environment.
• Proven hospitality skills, punctuality, adaptability, and a strong work ethic.
• A great team player who can work alongside a talented barista team.
