Job Description:

We are currently working with three settings in Redditch seeking teaching assistants:

1. Middle School, 1-to-1 with Y6 student. The student requires additional support to access the curriculum. Experience with demand avoidance would be beneficial.
2. SEND Provision for early years & post-16 classes, supporting students with profound learning difficulties. These are small, long-term roles with potential for permanent positions.
3. Full-time, long-term SEND teaching assistants, preferably with experience in support work or residential support. Immediate start roles available.
