About the Role :

ECCO DFO South Wharf is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Sales Associate with a drive to succeed and provide a premium shopping experience for our customers, selling shoes that practically sell themselves!

Tasks & Responsibilities :

  1. Deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment, uphold our brand's quality, and achieve sales targets for shoes and related products.
  2. Align with visual merchandising plans and Mystery Shopper standards.
  3. Process customer orders, returns, and maintain inventory according to standards.
  4. Ensure general housekeeping and store tidiness.

Skills & Experience :

To succeed in this role, you will:

  1. Have previous retail sales or similar experience with persuasive communication skills.
  2. Demonstrate success in achieving KPIs and sales targets.
  3. Show a commitment to providing exceptional customer service as an ECCO brand ambassador.
  4. Be a team player and a natural people-person who thrives on building relationships.
  5. Possess a growth mindset in an exciting, fast-paced environment.
  6. Love product knowledge and training, with a willingness to learn.
  7. Be flexible with your availability, including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
