About the Role :
ECCO DFO South Wharf is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Sales Associate with a drive to succeed and provide a premium shopping experience for our customers, selling shoes that practically sell themselves!
Tasks & Responsibilities :
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment, uphold our brand's quality, and achieve sales targets for shoes and related products.
- Align with visual merchandising plans and Mystery Shopper standards.
- Process customer orders, returns, and maintain inventory according to standards.
- Ensure general housekeeping and store tidiness.
Skills & Experience :
To succeed in this role, you will:
- Have previous retail sales or similar experience with persuasive communication skills.
- Demonstrate success in achieving KPIs and sales targets.
- Show a commitment to providing exceptional customer service as an ECCO brand ambassador.
- Be a team player and a natural people-person who thrives on building relationships.
