Working with JOSEPH

We are looking for talented individuals to join our stores across the London area.

This is a full-time role, 40 hours per week.

As a Sales Assistant, you will reflect the JOSEPH luxury brand image through your service, attitude, dress code, and behaviour. You will work within a customer-focused role, driving client loyalty and sales through personal service.

• Provide a welcoming and friendly in-store experience for clients.
• Demonstrate understanding of our luxury products & provide knowledgeable recommendations.
• Maximise sales opportunities to achieve store targets & KPIs.
• Maintain high standards on the shop floor & display merchandise effectively.
• Be proactive in your approach to clients.
• Build relationships with new and existing clients as a brand ambassador.
• Enhance the bond between our brand and customers by answering queries and providing exemplary service tailored to individual needs.

• Strong people skills—approachable, good communicator & listener, empathetic.
• Work hours based on availability and business needs, may vary weekly.
• Passionate about luxury fashion and eager to share that passion.
• Understanding of business needs and motivation by sales.
• Strong teamworking skills and ability to collaborate.
