Footasylum is seeking Full-Time Sales Assistants for its Trafford Centre store in Manchester. This role focuses on delivering high-quality customer service and enhancing the shopping experience. We are hiring for Full-Time Sales Assistants to join one of our exciting stores based at the Trafford Centre.
Please note: this is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week.
There’s an established team in place, and you will be working directly with them to help create the best customer shopping experience possible. Footasylum is a business that believes in our front-end retail staff.
As a Sales Assistant, you will be involved in creating a first-class shopping experience for our customers through your exceptional service, attitude, and behaviors. The goal is to provide high-class customer service whilst increasing the company’s growth and revenue through sales maximization.
We invest in our training and development, and this role will be no different. Our aim is to continue to build and create an environment where our employees can achieve, develop, and progress. You will be supported in your journey, and we will celebrate with you every step of the way. Regular 1-2-1’s, training, and support will be available, but most importantly, you will be given all the tools to help you thrive and feel empowered on your journey with us.
