We're looking for Stockport\'s next Kiprun Proshop Sport Advisor!

As a Sport Advisor on our Kiprun Proshop team on the Running Department, you will share your passion for running with customers whilst providing an exceptional one-on-one personalised service and building strong relationships with the local running community. The Kiprun Proshop is the newest addition to the store, bringing technicality and a wide range of brand options for new runners and expert runners alike. With some amazing running routes and the Peak District close by, our offer is widely focused on road running and trail running.

What You\'ll Do
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences by providing tailored product and service solutions.
  • Provide excellent customer service: Connect with customers across all channels (in-store, online, social media) to understand their needs and guide them towards the best solutions for their sporting activities.
  • Offer a range of solutions: Present various products and services that meet diverse needs and budgets, including new items, used gear, rentals, and subscriptions.
  • Build relationships: Cultivate positive relationships with customers to foster loyalty and encourage them to return for future purchases.
  • Promote products and services: Actively promote and sell our offer through various channels, including in-store interactions, online platforms, and social media engagement.
  • Facilitate smooth transactions: Offer different payment options and provide basic repair and personalisation services to enhance the customer experience.
  • Create a welcoming and accessible store environment that encourages customers to explore our diverse range of sports products and solutions:
