As a Room Attendant for High Hotels LTD., you will be responsible for performing routine duties to ensure the high standards of cleanliness and service are met. Room Attendants should take pride in providing exceptional guest experiences by ensuring the hotel guest rooms and common areas are properly cleaned and maintained. Responsibilities may include laundry, common area cleaning, and room cleaning.

This position will be primarily located at the Hampton Inn & Suites on South Queen St. in York, PA.

This is a Full-Time position (5 days per week) with working hours from 8:00AM to 4:30PM on weekdays and 8:00AM to 5:30PM on weekends.

Must have availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities include:

• Cleaning guest rooms and common areas according to brand standards within the allotted time.
• Vacuuming carpets and furniture.
• Cleaning and dusting furniture.
• Cleaning kitchenettes and washing dishes in suites.
• Cleaning guest room bathrooms.
• Maintaining high-touch areas of the hotel to meet brand standards.
• Assisting in laundry: washing, drying, folding, and sorting laundry.
• Keeping the linen cart organized and stocked.
• Ensuring security and guest privacy.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 20 lbs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
