Are you a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse looking to make a real difference in the lives of older adults? Join our friendly team at Terrace View, a locally owned and operated retirement village in the heart of Ashburton.

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse to work across our care centre, which includes rest home and hospital-level care.

About the role:

As a Registered Nurse at Terrace View, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to our residents. You’ll work closely with our experienced care team and allied health professionals to ensure the health, comfort, and wellbeing of those in our care.

Key responsibilities:

• Clinical assessments and care planning
• Medication administration and wound care
• Liaising with GPs, specialists, and families
• Supporting and mentoring care staff
• Ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety standards

About you:

• Current APC and New Zealand Nursing Registration
• Experience in aged care (preferred but not essential)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A kind, empathetic approach and genuine interest in elder care
• Flexibility to work rostered shifts, including weekends
• Must be eligible to work in New Zealand and have already obtained full visa requirements
