TeacherActive is recruiting a Physics Teacher to join a Birmingham secondary school with a strong Science Faculty. The role is full-time and long-term, with possible permanent prospects for the right candidate.

You will plan and deliver engaging Physics lessons, monitor student progress through assessments, and teach across KS3–KS5 under GCSE and A-Level specifications. The ideal candidate holds QTS with a Physics degree, has experience across KS3/KS4 (KS5 a bonus), and demonstrates excellent

Qualifications

• QTS and a physics or related subject degree.
• Experience teaching Physics KS3 and KS4; KS5 desirable.
• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment strategies.
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Physics lessons.
• Monitor and assess student progress through effective assessment.
• Teach Physics across the secondary curriculum, GCSE and A-Level.
