About the Role

£12.21 FOR ALL AGES - 16+

If you have a previous lifeguard qualification, that's great, but we will also train you through your NPLQ course to start your career in lifeguarding.

Our lifeguards ensure guest safety and enjoyment at Splash Waterworld, interacting with guests and providing exceptional customer service. You will promote and run poolside activities, creating memorable experiences.

This role offers contracts from 8 to 35 hours per week, with start dates from now until September, ideal for students. Availability for a mix of midweek, weekend, and evening shifts is required.

About You

You should be confident, friendly, a strong swimmer, and attentive to safety. Reliability, flexibility, and punctuality are essential, especially as you may supervise areas independently.

If selected, you will be invited for a swim test including swimming 50m in under 75 seconds, treading water, surface diving, and unaided exit from the pool. Parental permission is needed for applicants under 18.
