Your Role as Baker

As a Baker at COBS Bread, you will lead our freshness commitment. Bakers start with an empty bakery and leave it filled with artisan bread and treats for the community. No experience necessary—just the right attitude and a willingness to learn.

What Your Day Looks Like

1. Work as part of a small team to bake each morning, following recipes
2. Keep the bakery clean and contribute to a great customer experience
3. Read production schedules and recipes, measure and mix ingredients, mould and shape dough, and operate ovens

Physical Requirements

• Standing and walking continuously during tasks
• Lifting up to 22 kg frequently
• Turning, reaching, pushing, pulling, and bending occasionally
• Lifting at least 2.5 kg to 1.7 meters high
• Use of both hands, wrist rotation, and gripping
