Job summary

CareTech is seeking a Painter to join the team at Hilltop House, Hartwell, Northampton. The role is a full-time position offered at 37.5 hours per week with a pay rate of £13.91 per hour. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality painting services and ensure projects meet deadlines and standards.

Applicants should have prior commercial painting experience, be organised, and possess strong communication and teamwork skills. Training on site equipment will be provided.

Qualifications

• Previous commercial painting experience.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of various painting techniques and materials.
• Valid UK driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting and decorating, including sanding, scraping, and filling holes and cracks.
