Partou Manchester Airport (Little Faces) Day Nursery & Pre-school in Manchester is seeking a dedicated nursery deputy manager to support the Nursery Manager and Senior Deputy Manager in the smooth running of the setting. This full-time role runs 40 hours per week.

You will lead and inspire your team to deliver meaningful early years experiences, ensure safeguarding, and build strong partnerships with families, colleagues and the community.

Formación

• Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Strong EYFS knowledge.
• Proven experience leading a team in an early years setting.
• Passion for early years education.
• Confidence in supporting children’s learning and development.
• Commitment to safeguarding and continuous professional development.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Nursery Manager and Senior Deputy Manager in the smooth running of the setting.
• Lead and inspire the nursery team to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive environment and strong partnerships with families.
