Job summary

Care Concern Group Limited is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant for our new luxury care home in Glasgow. You will support residents with daily tasks, promote independence, and deliver person-centred care in a respectful, warm environment.

Join our team to help create a welcoming home for residents, with opportunities for progression, paid PVG, pension, parking, and uniform provided. Night shifts from 20:00–08:00 and 5.6 weeks annual leave accompany a supportive, evolving organisation.

Qualifications

• At least six months’ experience as a Care Assistant or equivalent transferable skills.
• Genuine interest in helping older people lead fulfilling, independent lives.
• Caring, patient, empathetic approach with respect and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily tasks (dressing, eating, mobility) while promoting independence.
• Deliver person-centred care following individual care plans.
• Monitor health and wellbeing; report changes to nursing team and liaise with relatives or clinicians.
• Treat residents with dignity and respect; foster a social, friendly atmosphere.
