Qualifications

• Ability to provide personal care and support.
• Good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities, bathing, dressing and mobility.
• Manage medications and keep accurate records.
• Monitor health and report changes to family or medical professionals.
• Prepare meals according to dietary needs.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe home.
• Provide companionship to reduce loneliness.
• Assist with transportation to appointments and outings.
• Keep care documentation up to date.
• Respond calmly in emergencies and contact services if needed.
