Trafford Leisure is seeking a qualified Lifeguard to join Stretford Leisure Centre. You’ll ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for every swimmer while upholding high standards of cleanliness and customer service.

This full-time role requires a valid NPLQ and a commitment to a rolling rota including mornings, evenings and weekends. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for development within the community-focused charity.

Responsabilités

• Providing vigilant lifeguard supervision to ensure the safety of all swimming customers.

• Hours: 36.25 hours per week (full-time)
• Job Type: Permanent
• Rate: £13.60 per hour

About The Role

As a Lifeguard, you’ll play an important role in ensuring every customer has a safe, enjoyable and positive experience when visiting our centre.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Ensuring the safety of all swimming customers by providing vigilant lifeguard support.

To Be Successful in This Role

You’ll Have

• A valid Royal Life Saving Society National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ).
• A passion for providing excellent customer service.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Hours

This position is 36.25 hours per week, averaged across a rolling rota which includes morning, evening and weekend shifts.
