Job summary

Reeson Education is seeking a proactive Teaching Assistant to support KS2 intervention programmes at a welcoming primary school in Kensington and Chelsea. You will deliver targeted literacy, writing and maths sessions in small groups and one-to-one settings, helping pupils close gaps and build confidence.

The ideal candidate will have experience with primary-aged children, be organised and reliable, and enjoy working with a supportive inclusion team.

Qualifications

• Experience working with primary-aged children.
• Confident delivering targeted learning interventions.
• Good literacy and numeracy skills.
• Motivate and engage pupils of varying abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver small-group and one-to-one interventions across Key Stage 2.
• Support pupils with literacy, numeracy and comprehension activities.
• Reinforce classroom learning through targeted academic support.
• Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teaching staff.
• Encourage confidence, resilience and independent learning.
• Help create a calm, focused and engaging learning environment.
