Your new company
Hays Education are currently recruiting for reliable and adaptable primary teachers to work at Primary Schools in Bristol. This role is based in Year 1 and will be suited to those with experience in Key Stage 1 teaching.
Your new role
This role is on a full-time basis and will be suited to those who have a passion for Key Stage 1 teaching. The successful candidate will have routine day-to-day classroom responsibilities along with working with other teachers in the year to form a collaborative team. To be successful in this role, you should have a flair for creative teaching and experience with phonics and maths teaching. The school believes that these early years of primary school teaching are some of the most integral parts of a child's learning and will want a teacher with strong behaviour management skills as the class will have a mixture of varying abilities; the role is open to ECT's.
What you'll need to succeed

  • You should have experience within a classroom setting in the last 5 years.
  • Experience in teaching key stage 1 is preferred.
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Hold a UK Qualified Teacher Status.
  • Good knowledge of the English National Curriculum
