Your new company

Hays Education is currently recruiting reliable and adaptable primary teachers to work at Primary Schools in Bristol. These roles can be based on either Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, or both. The school is looking for someone open to experiencing teaching in a North Bristol school. Working with our partnership schools, you will build relationships with key contacts within a popular BS11 Primary School. You will often be requested to cover a teacher’s planned PPA time or, in the event of a teacher’s absence, cover classroom duties for the day.

Your new role

This is a full-time role suited for those passionate about Primary School teaching. The schools seek someone with strong behaviour management skills, as there will be varying abilities. The role is open to ECTs. Responsibilities include routine classroom activities and collaboration with other teachers throughout the year. Many teachers working through Hays have gone on to be successful. If you are passionate about Primary Teaching, this role is ideal for you.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience within a classroom setting in the last 5 years.
• Experience in teaching Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2 is preferred.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
• Hold a UK Qualified Teacher Status.
• Good knowledge of the English National Curriculum.
