HC-One Limited is seeking a dedicated Gardener to maintain and present the gardens and grounds of our care homes to the highest standard. The role covers multiple homes, with driving required and a company vehicle provided. Training is provided and a broad benefits package supports your wellbeing.

You will perform planting, pruning, grass-cutting, and general upkeep, ensuring safety procedures are followed and liaising with the estates team as needed.

Qualifications

• Driving licence may be required to operate company vehicle.

Responsabilités

• Maintain gardens and grounds to a high standard within care home sites.
• Plant seasonal foliage, mow lawns, prune shrubs and tidy walkways.
• Maintain gardening machinery and tools; perform basic servicing checks.
• Paint external fencing and garden furniture and carry out repairs as needed.
• Assist with salt gritting and snow clearance as required.
