Job Description:

We are now recruiting for experienced Front of House staff to join our growing team at the recently opened The Clarence. The Clarence is the latest venture from Cultar Restaurant Group, who also run Michelin-starred Cail Bruich & Michelin recommended Brett, offering a modern brasserie, grill, and bar concept in the leafy west end neighborhood of Hyndland.

We pride ourselves on being a relaxed and quality dining establishment, focusing on great, personable service and excellent product knowledge to guide guests through their dining experience in our open kitchen restaurant.

We are keen to hear from individuals with experience in delivering high-quality service, working as part of a team, and a willingness to learn. The pay & benefits package includes: starting pay of £12.21 per hour depending on experience, plus a share of TRONC tips from service charge & cash tips, Workplace Pension Scheme (eligible employees will be automatically enrolled), employee meal discounts, an annual staff meal, birthday champagne, daily family meal, staff uniforms, career development opportunities, and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) with trained Mental Health First Aiders.

About the Role:

  • Assisting the front of house team in the day-to-day running of the restaurant.
  • Providing first-class service.
  • Being comfortable with guest interaction.
  • Maintaining good communication with the kitchen and front-of-house team.
  • Having a genuine willingness to learn and improve.

About You:

We are looking for a hospitality professional passionate about delivering excellent service, enjoys developing a team, and providing consistent support to the restaurant manager. You will naturally lead by example, support junior team members, and strive to improve the team to enhance guest experiences and create a positive work culture. If you have the skills for this role, we would love to hear from you!
