Job summary

McDonald's United Kingdom in Hitchin is hiring a Crew Member for full-time shifts, including late nights. You'll work across kitchen, service and dining areas to deliver fast, friendly and accurate service.

The role focuses on meeting high standards of quality, safety and cleanliness, and requires you to be 18+ with the ability to work 30+ hours, including midnight to early morning shifts.

Treat all customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect working as a supportive team member.

Friendly, welcoming, courteous and helpful behaviour will come naturally to you and you’ll work well as part of a team. Effective communication skills such as attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication and eye contact are a must. The ability to maintain high energy levels whilst working both efficiently and productively is essential.
