Job summary

McDonald's United Kingdom is looking for a Crew Member in Glasgow to join our fast-paced team. You'll help with food preparation, customer service at the till, and keeping dining areas clean and welcoming.

This full-time role is for over-18s, with shift patterns including mornings, days, nights and overnights. You will deliver friendly, efficient service, follow food hygiene procedures, work with colleagues, and contribute to a positive restaurant experience.

This is a FULL TIME ROLE for OVER 18s working a mix of shifts including mornings, days, nights and overnights, please ensure you are able to meet this requirement before applying as this will form part of your employment contract. Due to working Time Regulations, the shift pattern expected requires applicants to be over 18. Other full time and part time roles that do not require applicants to be over 18 may be available. Friendly, welcoming, courteous and helpful behaviour will come naturally to you and you’ll work well as part of a team. Effective communication skills such as attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication and eye contact are a must. The ability to maintain high energy levels whilst working both efficiently and productively is essential.
