Job description

Could your support help shape the emotional and social foundations of a child's education?

This full-time EYFS Assistant role is based in a lovely nursery class in the S43 area. Starting as soon as possible, the position runs until the end of the school year in July, with possible continuation into the autumn term.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support a play-based, child-led learning environment

  • Work 1:1 or in small groups to help develop early literacy, numeracy, and social skills

  • Assist with personal development and care routines

  • Foster positive behaviour, confidence, and independence

  • Help maintain engaging displays and safe learning spaces

What We're Looking For:

  • EYFS experience or Level 2/3 TA qualification (desirable)

  • Strong relationship-building skills with young children

  • A caring and organised approach to supporting learning

  • Enhanced DBS on the update service
