Full-Time Early Years Teacher (Live-in & Travel-Based)

Private Family | Dubai (with frequent international travel)

We are a loving international family seeking a warm, experienced, and qualified Early Years Teacher to join us in nurturing the development of our toddler (currently 16 months old). This is a full-time, live-in role that includes extensive travel to destinations such as Europe, Mexico, and our primary base in Dubai.About the Role

This role will begin remotely with online collaboration to design a tailored early education program in line with the UK Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Once the initial program is developed and trialed, the teacher will transition into a live-in position with full relocation and housing support provided by the family.Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a UK EYFS-based educational plan for a 16-month-old child
  • Begin teaching remotely, moving to full-time, in-person support after trial period
  • Provide engaging, play-based learning both at home and while traveling
  • Observe, document, and report on developmental milestones
  • Collaborate closely with parents and other caregivers
  • Ensure a nurturing, joyful, and stimulating learning environment
  • Accompany the family during international travel and adapt activities accordingly

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in nurseries or early years settings (UK curriculum preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of UK EYFS standards and developmental best practices
  • Ability to adapt to new environments, cultures, and routines
  • Fluent English; other languages a plus
  • Flexible, responsible, and professional
  • Comfortable with frequent travel and live-in arrangements
