A Horsham based nursery is ready to welcome qualified Early Years Educators to their growing team.

The ideal candidate will (as a minimum):

  • Have a thorough knowledge of the EYFS & development matters/birth to 5 framework, as well as recent experience in working with children aged 0-5 years.
  • Understand and be able to support and maintain high standards of health & safety practices.
  • Understand safeguarding, and be confident in identifying and reporting concerns.
  • Have a keen interest in developing knowledge and practice.
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written skills, ensuring each key child's digital learning journey is kept up to date with accurate information, and positive parent partnerships are maintained.
  • Be an educator committed to being adaptable, engaging, compassionate, creative, and dedicated to empowering children's play, learning, and curiosity. There are many development opportunities within the team.
  • The position is full-time, working 43 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Salary is negotiable based on experience and qualifications. The nursery is accessible by public transport, with a shared car park for staff and parents. Immediate start preferred.
