As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be the face of your restaurant. Your responsibilities include engaging with customers, ensuring the smooth operation of customer areas, making children feel welcome, handing out balloons, organising special events, attending to customers' specific needs, maintaining high standards of cleanliness in dining areas and toilets, and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere. You will establish and maintain positive communication with customers and keep the manager informed about customer satisfaction.
You will work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, and we are looking for someone with a genuine smile, the ability to connect with customers, and to make them feel valued.
Friendly, welcoming, courteous, and helpful behaviour should come naturally. Effective communication skills such as attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication, and maintaining eye contact are essential. You should also be able to sustain high energy levels while working efficiently and productively.
