Job summary

McDonald's United Kingdom is seeking a friendly Crew Member to provide fast, friendly service in a clean, busy restaurant. You will assist with food preparation, take orders at the till, and help in dining areas to ensure a great guest experience.

The role requires energy, teamwork and a commitment to safety and hygiene. Availability to work on weekdays, weekends, and overnight shifts is essential for this position.

Friendly, welcoming, courteous and helpful behaviour will come naturally to you and you’ll work well as part of a team. Effective communication skills such as attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication and eye contact are a must. The ability to maintain high energy levels whilst working both efficiently and productively is essential.
