A leading education recruitment agency is seeking a Cover Supervisor for secondary schools in Swindon. The role involves leading pre-planned lessons and supporting students. We’re working with a range of thriving secondary schools across Swindonthat are looking for confident and reliable Cover Supervisors (or unqualified teachers with strong classroom presence) to join them full-time from September.
You’ll be leading pre-planned lessons, keeping students on track, and making sure learning continues smoothly when teachers are away. If you’ve got experience working with young people and can command a room with calm confidence, this could be your perfect next move.
Don’t worry about being an expert in every subject (nobody is). The work will be easy to follow, and the students will know what’s expected. Your role is to facilitate and keep the lesson running smoothly.
