We are seeking a Full Time Cook at the DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Boston-Cambridge, located at 400 Soldiers Field Road, Boston, 02134.

The Cook is responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes to ensure an excellent Guest and Member experience while contributing to departmental targets.

What will I be doing?

As a Cook, your responsibilities include:

• Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes within company guidelines
• Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in work areas, preventing cross-contamination
• Preparing mis-en-place for all relevant menus
• Assisting other departments and maintaining good working relationships
• Reporting maintenance, hygiene, and hazard issues
• Complying with hotel security, fire regulations, health, safety, and food safety legislation
• Striving to meet departmental targets as part of the team
• Being environmentally conscious
